"Without a Trace Star" Eric Close Solves Real Crime - Kids Without Books
Blue-eyed actor Eric Close (who portrays Agent Martin Fitzgerald) of Without a Trace recently took time out to read to some fifth and sixth grade students at a school in N.J. to support the Verizon Foundation’s Season’s Readings campaign.
He actually led the kids though a detective exercise, and later talked to Verizon employees about the reading program and his career. It sounds like an amazing campaign (annually they collect books for schools, libraries and non-profits throughout the country), and it’s great to know that Eric is one of those actors who is willing to give back to his community (he hails from Staten Island) and the kids.
