Criminal Minds 3.10 "True Night" Recap
Episode Name: “True Night”
Episode Number: 3.10
Air Date: November 28, 2007
After watching the True Night episode of Criminal Minds this week, my strongest feelings were frustration and sadness. For most of the episode, Frankie Muniz’s character (Johnny McHale) seemed to be in a waking hallucination. I could tell that something horrible happened, but it was just frustrating to watch his scenes. He did an awesome job though.
Derek Morgan’s scene in the beginning with Garcia was very sweet, and I definitely feel the brother-sister vibe from those two. Garcia’s remarks about her geeky counter-part (Mr. "Her GUI is mind-blowing" Kevin Lynch - Xander from Buffy) "straightening up" her office and adjusting her chair were comical.
It was an amazing episode, and the "Sin City" like cinematography along with the music were excellent. Did this episode fit with the show? I can’t say no because I feel it was exactly what the writers and the producers intended (based on what I’ve seen this season). I do think they stayed on track, but went in a different direction. It was a nice surprise. The Clive Barker and Frank Miller references were excellent as well!

I think that Reid and Hotch should stick together more often in all episodes.it seems like one of them all ways get hurt.but they are both hot.
