David Duchovny and Amanda Peet on Set of New X-Files Movie
David Duchovny and Amanda Peet are working this week on the set of the new X-Files movie in Vancouver. The X-Files as you know is one of the most captivating FBI dramas in television history. You can see the larger pictures if you click above.
The name of the movie and the logline are still being kept hush-hush, however we do know that Frank Spotnitz and Chris Carter are reunited with this project, so its bound to be great.
The movie is set for a July 25, 2008 major screen release! And yes, Gillian Anderson (Dana Scully) will be back as well.

i just want to say i think that that should be david duchovny and gillian anderson instead of david and amanda seriously who else thinks that i cant wait til the x files 2 comes out i am so excited about this as well as all the other x files fans out there so thats all have to say so good bye for now and trust no 1

man am i like the only one who is going to leave a message on this thing i mean seriously come on there are so many x files fans out there who could be leaving messages like me i cant wait again until the x files 2 comes out im mean i have been waiting for a life time for this i just cant wait to see my fav 2 characters on the big screen again and i dont think that they should take that love sceene out i will be so mad if they do not in a sick way but i think everyone will be happy to see them express the way they feel about eachother instead of just a kiss i mean come on i know that almost every x files fan will agree with me

I haven’t figured out why Amanda Peet was cast, although I think she’s very talented.
I’m with you though. I love the show, and have even been catching “The X-Files” mini-marathons on TV.

hey trust no 1, i have been watching the x-files ever since i was in fourth grade, lol :) now im a college graduate and im still hoping that dana scully and fox mulder will eventually end up married together, haha :)
i have been watching reruns also, and cant wait for this movie, its about time! :)

Hey Gen you are so cool i have been waching the x files since i was in the fourth grade and i still watch the x files to this day and i read some fan fic that they have where mulder and scully are married it is so cool !!!!! BUT ANYWAY i love the x files and i cant wait until the new x files movie comes out either i know i’ve said that a thousand times but i just cant help it i also wanted to know if you ‘ve seen the new x files pics with David and Gillian they are so cool you should check them out just go to goolge.com tipe in Mulder and scully or David and Gillian on the xfiles two or just Mulder and sculy or David and gillian new pics from the x files two they should pop up but you should just search the web well thats all i have today so i’ll see you Alexandra and Gen later and remember trust _ No 1

i actually like the idea of a stand alone movie for the 2nd film actually most of the stand alone episodes of the show i liked more than the conspiracy theory whenever they would talk about the conpiracy and things i would really get confused i would have no idea what was going on unless i did’nt miss and episode like you’d have to stay on top of that every day every episode but the stand alone episodes are really coll i love them they are so funny like small potatoes Quagmire detuor and some more which i do not feel like na ming right now but i think that would be really cool if they ha ve a stand alone theme for the x files 2 i mean that would be so cool but they should still try to tell us whats up with mulder and scully’s relashanship i am really sorry i dont meanto nleave such long messages on here i just love the x files i try to stop but i cant help it im sorry ! but i’ll talk to you later.

No problem on comment length here. I like hearing opinions about the series.
I think the creators of this movie are going to tease us as long as possible about Mulder and Scully’s relationship. I’m gearing myself up for more torture until July. :D

I dont think so i havent heard anything yet but i sure hope he is that would be so cool i love the skinman.

i have an update for you guys david says that the characters in the x files 2 will be the core characters just the mane two so just mulder and scully.
So i dont think the skinman and doggett and reyes are going two be in the movie but i’ll let you you guys know if i here anything else …… and Trust no 1.
