FBI Crime Drama Makes the Grade in December
It seems that CBS has been getting some A+ marks in ratings for the past two weeks, and FBI crime drama in general has played a huge part in it. Both CSI series have had an amazing effect as well!
Though the network been doing a bit of a bait and switch with some of the new episodes, these shows are still very popular with crime drama fans. Having repeats in December is nothing new. It’ll be nice to have those fresh episodes in January anyway.
Here are some highlights regarding key shows:
CRIMINAL MINDS was first in households (9.0/14), viewers (14.18m), adults 25-54 (4.8/12) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (3.6/10, with NBC). This is the fourth consecutive time CRIMINAL MINDS was first in its time slot in these measures with a first-run broadcast.
WITHOUT A TRACE was first in households (10.0/17), viewers (15.15m), adults 25-54 (5.1/14) and adults 18-49 (4.0/12). This is WITHOUT A TRACE’s best delivery in households and viewers since Nov. 8, 2007 and best delivery in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since Nov. 15, 2007.
NUMB3RS was first in households (6.2/11), viewers (9.75m), adults 25-54 (3.5/10) and adults 19-49 (2.5/08). First run episodes of NUMB3RS have been first in households and adults 25-54 every airing this season, first in viewers for the last nine broadcasts and first in adults 18-49 nine times in ten first run broadcasts.
