Profiling Granger And Sinclair On Numb3rs- Discussion
Colby Granger has gone from being a rookie agent, to a spy for the Chinese, and now a trusted member of Don Eppes’ team.
David Sinclair, a member of the team since its
inception, went through trust issues when it came to Colby’s actions, however, they were resolved. David has always been a dependable member of the team for Don.
These two have worked together as a team many times, and trust each other implicitly.
- Which of the two do you think are more loyal to the team?
- Do you, as Don did this season, wonder if David may decide he’s had enough of the job one day?
- Which agent do you think is more tough?
- Which agent is more likely to become romantically involved in the next season?
- Which agent is more likely to be framed for a murder he did not commit?

David is more loyal to the team, though Colby may overtake him. He already gave up his choice of assignments to stay with Don’s squad.
David may eventually decide he’s had enough. That doesn’t mean he’s disloyal to the team, just that being an FBI agent may have lost its charm.
Colby is tougher… he’s SWAT qualified, was on the front lines of the GWOT, has stood up to torture, and is always the guy dropping tough guys.
Colby is more likely to become romantically involved with someone next season. They’ve been hinting at it all this season.
David is more likely to be framed for a murder. Colby was already framed for something else.
I’ve been hoping for Colby to find a nice girl for a long time.
