J.J. Abrams’ Fringe Adds Actor Anna Torv
J.J. Arbrams’ Fringe is getting some Australian accent with its new female 
lead, Anna Torv. Anna will portray the FBI agent who investigates unexplained phenomena. Her character will work closely with the scientist whose work is at the center of the strange goings-on.
An Australian actress, Anna is known for roles in various TV shows, including Mistresses, a British TV series which features the lives and illicit relationships of four women.
Filming for this series will begin this month in Toronto, but the release date has not been announced. Two other females have been cast for the series, namely, Blair Brown and Jasika Nicole. Is it me, or is the main cast growing? Let’s wait and see. I was excited just to have Tomas Arana and Kirk Acevedo on this new Fox FBI drama. There’s no word yet if Anna will get to use her lovely accent.
