Criminal Minds: Who’s The Daddy?
Now that actor A.J. Cook’s real life pregnancy is here, it should be interesting to see what our talented Criminal Mind’s writers have dreamed up for her character. Since her character J.J. is unmarried, and not in a relationship, who will be the father of the baby?
Here’s a chance to dream up the perfect scenario for J.J.
So far, these are my best guesses:
- J.J. will reveal that she’s been secretly seeing someone.
- J.J. will develop a relationship with another team member of the BAU.
- J.J. will temporarily go to some specialized FBI training (and have us viewers left with head and upper body shots only, as she gets closer to term?).
I’m crossing my fingers for either of the first two scenarios, but if the latter happens, I’ll chalk it up to the writers making the best choice possible. Can you think of any other good scenarios?

She goes away to do Profiler training.
Well, if she does, I’d sure miss her. It would mean that someone else would choose cases while she’s away. Yikes!
