Conference Call Interview: John Walsh of AMW (Intro)
I had the amazing honor of being on a press conference call today with one 
of my heroes (and every criminal’s nightmare), John Walsh, the host of America’s Most Wanted. He is totally excited about AMW catching its 1,000th criminal! It’s an amazing milestone. You can catch the story of this important capture on America’s Most Wanted: America Fights Back, on Saturday, May 17, at 9:00 PM ET on Fox.
In the interview, he had plenty to say, and these are some of the topics he touched on today:
- What he is most proud of as far as being a part of the show
- His personal list of criminals he’d like to see captured
- The AMW web site and the importance of the Tip Line
Very soon I’ll have the interview posted, and you’ll be able to see how this man thinks, and what he has to say about crime fighting. Of all he said, today I thought it was important to pass on his comment, that AMW could never be the success it is without the fans who call in, or send tips to the show.
In this way, we are all fighting crime together. Although there is still a lot of work to do, things are getting better as far as legislation and the recognition of what we face.
