"Fringe" Making An Impression at Comic-Con This Week
Fox’s Fringe at Comic-Con 2008 has caused a lot of excitement with it’s sneak peek of the first episode. Fans are infused with the idea of this new series, and the J.J. Abrams project is definitely making an impression. A scene snippet which features Anna Torv and Joshua Jackson are in this video.
Check out the rest of the video which features fans talking about the episode which was shown this weekend. For maximum viewing, the talk about Fringe actually begins at frame 2.07 in the video.
Based on the fan commentary, it seems this series will be a hit this fall. Leah Demilio, the reporter, mentions the opening scene, which is very intense. A fan talks about the scare factor, and the comedy relief that later lightens the mood in the story.
All the fans that are interviewed in this clip said they will definitely watch the series. One fan said it started out as being a little bit “reminiscent of the early X-Files”.
Sounds like this series is full of mystery, science and FBI dramas! Now, our question is this: Was the sneak peek episode at Comic-Con the same one that was leaked, or was it the final version that J.J. Abrams mentioned in a recent interview after expressing disappointment in the Internet leak?
