The team investigates as the remains of two teen boys are found in a beer vat. They search for the “Grave Digger,” a serial killer who buries victims alive, then demands an outrageous ransom.

The FBI Missing Persons Unit searches for a teen heart-transplant recipient (Daveigh Chase), whose disappearance they suspect may be connected to her curiosity about the donor. Jack is in the hospital in critical condition.

Higher Power
The BAU heads out to a Pittsburgh neighborhood to investigate a rise in deaths attributed to apparent suicides. They suspect the events could actually be the work of a serial killer.
