Criminal Minds: Alex O’Loughlin Guest Stars in "Big Wheel" Episode
Since Paget Brewster revealed to us a bit about Moonlight’s Alex O’Loughlin being a Criminal Minds guest star, (April 29 episode, The Big Wheel) here’s the rest of the details and show news. If you were hoping for fangs on this one, sorry guys..no fangs but perhaps blood, as he is the Unsub.
In The Big Wheel, the BAU is sent a videotape from a serial killer (Vincent), one in which he reveals one of his crimes. The team discovers a hidden message from the killer, asking them to help him stop his killing. Other stars include Erika Alexander (Heist, Living Single), Martha Anne Madison (Days of Our Lives, Passions), and Jake Cherry.
Many CBS viewers (mostly females I might add) were fans of O’Loughlin in his role as the vampire detective Mick St. John from the now defunct CBS series, Moonlight. Notably, this Australian actor O’Loughlin was a 7 episode regular on The Shield before he ever donned those fangs. Now he joins the ranks of Luke Perry, Will Wheaton, Frankie Muniz, Jackson Rathbone and other CR guest stars and “unsubs”.

I can’t wait to see Alex on April 29th on the Criminal Minds episode The Big Wheel.
I believe Alex’s performing of Vincent is outstanding, regarding to his portrayal of Mick St John (and not Nock St John) in Moonlight
Besides, I anxiously wait for more news on Alex’s role in the pilot Three Rivers
