The show centers around Duff’s character, and is based on the real story of an 18 year-old woman, Kathleen Holtz, who recently passed the California Bar, becoming the youngest lawyer in the state. Duff has gone from actress to singer, to business mogul and now will have her own show, portraying this super smart young lawyer.
