Wednesday’s Best FBI Crime Drama Picks

Who on Criminal Minds puts themselves in danger to save others tonight? Morgan, Reid?

Besides the episodes of Law and Order tonight (reruns) I caught this evening, at 8:00 PM on Fox, Lie To Me airs it Season 1 finale. It features the Lightman Group investigating a terrorist attack that occurs just outside of Washington, D.C. Mekhi Phifer stars as FBI Agent Reynolds, and he contacts the group and brings them on board to find the terrorists. Cal and Zoe also get a scare as they are concerned their daughter might be in danger.

The Men of "Criminal Minds": Melt Factor

The Men of "Criminal Minds": Melt Factor

I know some of us get bored with the same obligatory romance idea, the one in which we have to pair up our favorite crime drama characters (Prentiss and Hotchner, Jack Bauer witch Chloe, etc.). Check out this clip which features a funny elevator scene between Agents Morgan, Reid and Hotchner, and read more below to decide which Criminal Minds star has the biggest “melt factor”.

Special Agent/Unit Chief Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson)
Brooding, deep-thinking, recently divorced, and available? He may be the type of guy you want to literally “save” because he’s so serious. Married to his job, he stayed …read more

Alex O’Loughlin Talks "Criminal Minds" & His Real Fans

If you didn’t get to catch Alex O’Loughlin as the unsub on Criminal Minds this week, he’s talking to TV Guide about his role on the episode, and more importantly his new lead on the upcoming CBS drama, Three Rivers. This is the perfect video preview for this episode. After seeing this, all I can say is that someone is “toast” in this scene.

The Criminal Minds episode called The Big Wheel, features O’Loughlin as a serial killer named Vincent who reaches out to the BAU to help him stop in his murderous crime spree. The episode was written by …read more

I just saw the preview for next new episode of Criminal Minds that features Alex O’Loughlin (Moonlight). I had to laugh because in the official preview, it says “Alex O’Loughlin is back…”. Ha! CBS knows they should have kept Moonlight, and if I were them, I’d soak up as much O’Loughlin/Moonlight magic as possible. I bet there are a bunch of …read more

"Criminal Minds" Finale – What Do You Want To See?

"Criminal Minds" Finale – What Do You Want To See?

The Criminal Minds folks have something huge in store for fans when we see the season finale. Will it top this one from last season, as shown in this short video clip?

According to Matt Mitovich, the latest season finale will be 2 hours long, and the case will the toughest one yet for the BAU to crack. A cliffhanger will once again set the tone.
So another explosion is probably out of the question. Will one of the team really die this time? Sounds like we might get a tougher finale. Last season we had one team member thinking …read more

Criminal Minds: "52 Pickup" This Week

Criminal Minds: "52 Pickup" This Week

This week’s episode of Criminal Minds is a special rebroadcast called 52 Pickup. Agents Prentiss (Paget Brewster) and Todd (Meta Golding) go undercover to profile a serial killer, or pick-up artist, who uses skills of persuasion to lure women into danger. This is a very creepy episode.
Some of the highlights include a witness who has the guts to call Agent Morgan an alpha-male baldy, and make a scary come-on to Agent Prentiss in the same interview. This may be the first time I’ve seen Agent Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) peeved with one of his team members this season, as Agent …read more

"Criminal Minds" Updates: Rathbone, Sociopaths, And Gibson’s Rant

"Criminal Minds" Updates: Rathbone, Sociopaths, And Gibson’s Rant

Although Criminal Minds recently lost a few writers due to economic times per Criminal Minds Fanatic, the rest of the amazing season is still ahead of us. I know we’ll miss those writers with their witty and weird stories. Meanwhile, this week’s episode, called Conflicted guest stars Twilight’s Jackson Rathbone.

The BAU team travels to South Padre, Texas to investigate deaths of students who are being targeted by a serial killer while on Spring Break. Twilight Times has some images of Rathbone on the set with Shemar Moore and Matthew Gray Gubler.
Author Pat Bertram recently guest blogged at Criminal …read more

Video: Joe Mantegna Hanging With Ringo Starr

Criminal Minds star Joe Mantegna was recently at an event in LA and he pulled out his iPhone to show Pacific Coast News a picture of him and Ringo Starr. I had some issues with the video playing here, however you can see the full video at TheNewsroom.com. Update: Check out this video of his character, Agent David Rossi, as he first meets the whole BAU team on Criminal Minds:

I was stoked (just as Joe seems to be in the other video) that Ringo loves the show. Read more about what Mantegna has to say about Ringo, how …read more
