Who on Criminal Minds puts themselves in danger to save others tonight? Morgan, Reid?

Besides the episodes of Law and Order tonight (reruns) I caught this evening, at 8:00 PM on Fox, Lie To Me airs it Season 1 finale. It features the Lightman Group investigating a terrorist attack that occurs just outside of Washington, D.C. Mekhi Phifer stars as FBI Agent Reynolds, and he contacts the group and brings them on board to find the terrorists. Cal and Zoe also get a scare as they are concerned their daughter might be in danger.

Criminal Minds’ new episode, Amplification, airs tonight at 9:00 PM. A BAU team member is in danger as a killer releases a new strain of a deadly virus into the air. Dan Lauria stars as General Lee Whitworth, MD in this episode. I wonder which BAU member will be in danger. Well, in the video above it looks pretty clear that it’s Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler). Not Reid..say it aint so!

"SVU" To Lose Hargitay and Meloni?

Would SVU be the same without Detectives Benson and Stabler? Check out this short fan video, and read more about NBC possibly replacing these two on Law & Order: SVU.

Can it be true? NBC is mulling over replacing actors Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni on Law & Order: SVU if they continue to ask for higher salaries. Detectives Benson and Stabler have become staples of this series.

Now that the 11th season of SVU had become an inked deal, the actor’s current contracts expire in May, and that leaves room for the stars to renegotiate new deals. According to Ausiello at EW, the show is not too keen on offering back-end profits, a rare perk, unless you are Vincent D’Onofrio or Chris Noth.

A high ranking TV executive at a rival network says there’s no chance NBC will bring a new season without these stars. You can read the full story at EW.com

The actors are currently under $350K per episode contracts, and if they get what they want, it could be more than over a $7 million a year. "Law & Order’s" Hargitay Back In The Hospital

Just a quick update here that the Emmy winning Law & Order: SVU star, Mariska Hargitay, is back in the hospital (as of Wednesday morning) after feeling ill from having a partially collapsed lung. Hargitay, who portrays Det. Olivia Benson on the series, had a short stay in the hospital a few months ago for the same ailment.

THR reports her spokesman says she’ll be “feeling better soon”, and the production schedule of the series will not be affected.

Hargitay’s rep told U.S. Magazine this is actually the third time she’s been hospitalized for a partially collapsed lung since December. Her co-star, Chris Meloni inferred she was doing well, but at the same time, “…everyone just thought, better safe than sorry…”

Before her amazing work on Law & Order: SVU, Hargitay held roles in the crime drama, Prince Street, and the medical drama, ER.
