Check out this clip which features a funny elevator scene between Agents Morgan, Reid and Hotchner, and read more below to decide which Criminal Minds star has the biggest “melt factor”.

Special Agent/Unit Chief Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson)

Brooding, deep-thinking, recently divorced, and available? He may be the type of guy you want to literally “save” because he’s so serious. Married to his job, he stayed with the BAU against his wife’s wishes and his family paid the price.

Supervisory Special Agent David Rossi (Joe Mantegna)

This seasoned founder of the BAU might never have realized the impact of what he began so many years ago. Although he has quite a few fans between his books, and FBI standing, Agent Rossi has yet to have a real love interest on the show. Until then, Agent Rossi continues to charm us with his special wit and deep insight. He stepped back onto the scene in Season 3 to solve the mystery of a case that had gone unsolved for 20 years (Episode 11 – Birthright).

Supervisory Special Agent Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore)

Strong yet caring, Agent Morgan knows his speciality, and how to take the tough guys down. Agent Morgan has a black belt in Judo and formerly served on a bomb squad unit when he was a Chicago police officer. Will he have a chance at heading up his own field office? We’ll have to see what the next season brings.

Supervisory Special Agent Dr. Spencer Reed (Matthew Gray Gubler)

He’s the loveable geek, full of facts, and sometimes shy specialist who lives and breathes criminal analysis. Although we know he’s had few romantic encounters, we’re hoping love comes his way. Dr. Reid is the resident genius, holding PhDs in Chemistry, Engineering and Mathematics. He also holds BAs in Psychology and Sociology.

Some info via CM Wiki

Post from: FBI Dramas

Criminal Minds: Prentiss & Hotchner – The Hotness

Character Guide

Criminal Minds

FBI Drama Programs

FBI Drama Stars

Paget Brewster

Thomas Gibson

Video Clips

agent hotchner

agent prentiss

BAU

Jennifer Jareau

After watching season after season of Criminal Minds, some of us are pining for our favorite BAU agents to get involved and get just a bit closer. This is a logical question since these two have a bit of history …of sorts. He met her though a security clearance process for her mother, who is an Ambassador. It was noted these two have had some good scenes together this season.

Prentiss reported to Hotchner when she first came to work at the BAU, as you can see in their “first meeting” in this short video. Talk about uncomfortable moments.

So far, the closest the writers have come to couplehood on Criminal Minds is a secret affair (that led to a pregnancy) between Jennifer Jareau and Detective LaMontagne, a New Orleans investigator. Sure this is nothing to sneeze at, but this hasn’t satisfied the fan’s need for two BAU members to get closer.

So what’s the verdict for these two as as far as becoming couple-like? Later this season, Hotchner will support Prentiss regarding a case that is very personal to her, which will bring them closer. We’ll learn more about her life as a teenager, including some revelations about a past romance.

So do you think a hot romance between two agents would be a good storyline, or do you think it would ruin the story?

Post from: FBI Dramas

Criminal Minds "Lo-Fi" Review

Criminal Minds

Episode Resources

FBI Drama Programs

FBI Drama Stars

Paget Brewster

Reviews

Shemar Moore

Show News

Thoughts

agent hotchner

agent morgan

agent prentiss

criminal minds lo-fi review

lo-fi

season finale episode

Thomas Gibson

I should have known this episode would be pretty big. The team heads to NY, Garcia gets to go, and a strange pattern of killings? Yes, it was big. Tonight’s third season finale of Criminal Minds was no letdown. It delivered with a face pace, high stakes for everyone, and some truths that finally got their due. For my review of Lo-Fi and possible spoilers, read more after the jump.

(spoilers ahead) For example, Agent Morgan (Shemar Moore) is damn good at his job, and although I haven’t imagined him with his own field office calling the shots, it was revealed that his background as a police officer and his BAU chops have put him in the running for a career change, possibly to take charge of the NY field office if he desired. The question is…is he ready for it?

Agent Prentiss (Paget Brewster), the youngest member of the team (referring to how long she’s been with the BAU) is one of those people who will never be beaten down by the BAU (as Morgan so aptly put it in the conversation with Rossi in the bar). She has the ability to not just profile, but to also let her emotions help lead her thought processes. It was impressive the way she quickly figured out the real reason the victim was killed almost a block away from her.

Everything that’s happened with J.J.’s (A.J. Cook) plotline has gone too quickly for me. However, it’s quite interesting that her baby’s daddy showed up in NY, and quit his job. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that there’s nothing tragic in the wings for him. Agent Hotcher (Thomas Gibson) also seems to have a friend in the past that we met tonight, but he was married then…

Now that the truths are out, the ending was too stressful. Someone, who may be very close to our hearts is dead, but the who is unknown until August. How’s that for a gut wrenching finale!

Post from: FBI Dramas
