So, I didn’t realize that every Wednesday night on CBS, I’ve been looking at one of the Top 25 Fittest Guys in America on Criminal Minds, Shemar Moore. As we aspire to be healthy and fit, we have a bit more of that old-fashioned inspiration in the form of Shemar.

This issue of Men’s Fitness already hit the newsstands (yesterday). Although I’m sure it has at least one ripped image of him, it probably also has this exclusive interview.

In it, Shemar talks about his busy schedule, and the fact that he’s got an amazing personal trainer, and a traveling gym that goes from set to set. He also does his own stunts and fights in the series according to the interview.

Being an athlete as long as he can remember, he’s taken his love of athletics, and specifically cycling, to a whole new level by helping to create a Criminal Minds Cycling Team to help those such as his mother, who have suffered with MS.

His funniest remark in the interview is when he says that he sometimes wishes Matt Damon, and other action stars like him “would just sit down somewhere, and give him a chance“!  Don’t worry Shemar, your day will come!

As for the rest of the list, Tiger Woods was named the “Fittest Guy”, and others on the list include actors Will Smith, athlete Brady Quinn, and TV host Mark Steines. Congratulations to you Shemar!
