Fox’s Unique Crime Series: "Human Target" and "Past Life"

Fox has announced its 2009-2010 midseason line-up and, and it includes 2 new unique crime related action dramas.

One series stars Fringe’s Mark Valley as an unusual private contractor who works to keep his clients alive.
The other series (Past Life) pairs an NYPD detective and a gifted psychologist (Kelli Giddish, seen here) who work to solve crimes that must be solved in the present and past(?). Are we talking time travel here, or past lives?

Fringe’s Joshua Jackson Looking Snazzy With Girlfriend Kruger

Fringe’s Joshua Jackson Looking Snazzy With Girlfriend Kruger

Fringe star Joshua Jackson has been spotted with his girlfriend Diane Kruger both looking hot on a Sunday stroll in NYC. They are seen here at this month’s New Yorkers for Children Sixth Annual Spring Dinner Dance. Although I do like Jackson’s look as he wears an ascot, my personal favorite has to be the dinner look seen above.
Jackson was recently at PaleyFest where he joined his Fringe co-stars, and it’s reported Kruger was at the Tribeca Film Festival at the same time. Pop Sugar word is that both will be guests of Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld soon. …read more

In the latest Fringe news, a bit more has been revealed about Leonard Nimoy’s role on the series. We already know he’s to portray the mysterious former scientist William Bell in the finale. We knew Nimoy is be in more than one episode.  At the April 23 Paley Festival panel interview, J.J. Abrams revealed Anna Torv is the only person that will share a scene with him on the May 12 finale, and it was reiterated that Nimoy will be back for future episodes. Yay! Go here to Fringe @ PaleyFest09 for slight details on …read more

I just saw the preview for next new episode of Criminal Minds that features Alex O’Loughlin (Moonlight). I had to laugh because in the official preview, it says “Alex O’Loughlin is back…”. Ha! CBS knows they should have kept Moonlight, and if I were them, I’d soak up as much O’Loughlin/Moonlight magic as possible. I bet there are a bunch of …read more

Fringe: Jackson Reveal & Thoughts On "Unleashed"

Fringe: Jackson Reveal & Thoughts On "Unleashed"

The latest scoop on Joshua Jackson’s role as Peter Bishop on Fox’s Fringe is there is a major reveal coming per TV Guide about his character. They won’t say of course, but it’s huge.

Anna Torv, John Noble and Joshua Jackson on the move to find a creature on Fringe’s “Unleashed”
For now, we’ll continue to get more on Olivia (Anna Torv) and her mysterious background.
I’m pretty excited about this “Peter Bishop” development. It’s unclear how much contact Peter had with his father Walter Bishop (John Noble) so many years ago before Dad went off to the loony bin.

"Fringe": Leonard Nimoy Guest Stars on Season Finale

"Fringe": Leonard Nimoy Guest Stars on Season Finale

Director, author, Emmy nominee and sci-fi legend Leonard Nimoy will guest star on the May 12 season finale episode of Fringe. Talk about going out with a bang! Nimoy portrays William Bell, the scientist and former lab partner to Walter Bishop, and (filthy rich) integral part of the quietly ominous corporation, Massive Dynamic.
Notably, Nimoy will also be reprising his role as Mr. Spock in the new J.J. Abrams directed Star Trek feature film. Abrams is also the co-creator of Fringe. Click the link to see the feature trailer.

The Latest News On Fox’s "Fringe"

The Latest News On Fox’s "Fringe"

The countdown to the end of Fringe’s first season has already begun, and IGN is taking a good look at the mysterious corporation, Massive Dynamic. If you’ve been wondering if the company is good, or bad, it may still prove to be an unknown, although much of the weird case events of “the pattern” that happen do seem to lead back to this happy giant.
Massive Dynamic even has its own corporate web site.  Will we finally get to “meet” William Bell, Walter Bishop’s old lab partner, and will Nina Sharp, Bell’s right hand, finally show her true hand? …read more

Fringe’s Joshua Jackson Injured In Torture Scene

Fringe’s Joshua Jackson Injured In Torture Scene

Fringe star Joshua Jackson says he was recently injured while filming a scene for the Fox TV show.

Word is he had a wire put inside his nose, and it caused some pain and bleeding despite the precautions taken. I love it when actors go the extra mile for the fans, but I was very concerned to hear this. If you watch Fringe, you’ve seen some pretty strange experiments (horrible things). So when I heard this, my first reaction was,  “Oh say it aint so…”.
Jackson says the event was more comical than anything, and he now has a …read more

Fringe’s Anna Torv & Mark Valley – Wedded?

Fringe’s Anna Torv & Mark Valley – Wedded?

Congratulations to Fringe stars Anna Torv and Mark Valley on their nuptials! Yes, I was completely surprised that these two were able to secretly tie the knot over the holidays.

I’m impressed with how well they were able to keep this wedding on the down low, but then again, being part of a J.J. Abrams project is probably the best training you can get for doing covert operations. If anyone remembers all the mystery surrounding the production of Lost, and even his scary monster movie, Cloverfield, you know exactly what I mean.
Anna graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art, Australia’s …read more
