More On Leonard Nimoy’s Role
In the latest Fringe news, a bit more has been revealed about Leonard Nimoy’s role on the series. We already know he’s to portray the mysterious former scientist William Bell in the finale. We knew Nimoy is be in more than one episode. At the April 23 Paley Festival panel interview, J.J. Abrams revealed Anna Torv is the only person that will share a scene with him on the May 12 finale, and it was reiterated that Nimoy will be back for future episodes. Yay! "Fringe": Leonard Nimoy Guest Stars on Season Finale

Director, author, Emmy nominee and sci-fi legend Leonard Nimoy will guest star on the May 12 season finale episode of Fringe. Talk about going out with a bang! Nimoy portrays William Bell, the scientist and former lab partner to Walter Bishop, and (filthy rich) integral part of the quietly ominous corporation, Massive Dynamic.
Notably, Nimoy will also be reprising his role as Mr. Spock in the new J.J. Abrams directed Star Trek feature film. Abrams is also the co-creator of Fringe. Click the link to see the feature trailer.
