Here’s the latest new season spoilers. First, on Without A Trace – there’s no talk of Samantha Spade’s baby in the first three new episodes being filmed this summer. If you recall, Agent Malone’s comment to Sam on the season finale was that she would not have to raise the baby alone.

Does this mean Samantha (Poppy Montgomery) will merely be on maternity leave and getting help from the baby’s father, or will her character be leaving the show?  Sounds a bit fishy!

Luke Perry will be gracing the Criminal Minds set for a special episode this summer which will debut at the beginning of the season. He’ll portray a dark character, according to Matt Mitovich.

There’s more on Sophina Brown’s Numb3rs gig. She’ll portray Nikki Donat, an “adrenaline junkie” and former LAPD officer who joins Don’s team (to possibly eventually fill the shoes of Megan Reeves?)  Sounds like Don Eppes (Rob Morrow) is going to have his hands full this fall!

FBI drama star Diane Farr is leaving Numb3rs for a very good reason…she and husband, Seung Yong Chung are expecting twins. Add these two babes to the 1 year-old named Beckett, and you have the makings of a nice sized family.

Besides preparing for the debut of the twins, she’s also got a plan in the works for a new series with Rescue Me writer, Peter Tolan. We wish her luck, and can’t wait to see what’s in store with any projects involving Peter Tolan.

There’s no official word yet on how the series is to deal with her absence. As Megan Reeves, she’s served as a psychological profiler, and head of the team when Don Eppes is away.

In a recent episode, she seemed to feel uncomfortable with Don’s (Rob Morrow) methods when it came to solving certain cases, and even had a talk with her love interest on the show, Dr. Larry, about her feelings. Last week, Don was concerned as Megan took an unaccustomed leave of absence. If you saw the previews, you know that something is coming this Thursday.
