Per <a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/content_display/television/news/e3i9154afd0680ec28a8514dd489750c0e9?imw=Y" target="_blank">THR</a>, the plan is to <strong>update the series</strong> so that it portrays the &#8220;same tension&#8221; between generations (Vietnam war vs. Iraq war) but to still have the same feel as the original show.</p> <p>What will really be <em>interesting</em> to see is <em>who</em> as actors will take over the &#8220;suavity&#8221; of <strong>Michael Douglas</strong> and Karl Malden.
