What do Navi Rawat, Shemar Moore and Roselyn Sanchez all have in common? Besides being some of the hottest FBI drama stars on TV, they are also a part of TV Guide’s Bod Squad.
In the latest TV Guide magazine which hit the stores on June 26, ten stars are sharing their fitness secrets.
They reveal some interesting secrets after the jump:
So, I didn’t realize that every Wednesday night on CBS, I’ve been looking at one of the Top 25 Fittest Guys in America on Criminal Minds, Shemar Moore. As we aspire to be healthy and fit, we have a bit more of that old-fashioned inspiration in the form of Shemar.
This issue of Men’s Fitness already hit the newsstands (yesterday). Although I’m sure it has at least one ripped image of him, it probably also has this exclusive interview.

If you saw the Criminal Mind’s episode called In Heat, you probably noticed this fresh beautiful face, Tia Texada.
She portrayed the character, Miami Detective Tina Lopez, and someone who seemed to really notice Agent Morgan (Shemar Moore).
She was instrumental in helping the team catch the unsub, and leaving us wondering if Agent Morgan will take her up on that offer!
