Check out the action and firepower shown in this short trailer.

The DEA: Detroit DVD comprises a two-disc set featuring all six uncensored episodes, and 276 minutes of crime-fighting action. It includes the bonus material of a full-length episode of Spike TV’s Real Vice Cops: Uncut.

The show follows special agents and task force officers as they investigate cases involving illegal drugs. Agents go undercover, and pose as drug dealers, and also break down doors to raid stash houses. The cases they investigate range all the way from international drug traffickers to street level dealers.

What I like most about this series are the relationships between the federal agents and the informants, and how well the feds and the local law enforcement agents work together. The other cool thing is the agents sometimes come across other types of criminals and instances, such as bank robbers, and plain old car chases gone bad. It’s exciting to see a team, specifically, Group 14, work so well together in such a city that’s obviously got a reputation.

The next episode airs on Friday, February 6, at 9:00 PM on Spike TV.

Post from: FBI Dramas

Actor Spotlight: "Without A Trace’s" Enrique Murciano

Enrique Murciano

Eric Close

FBI Drama Programs

FBI Drama Stars

Video Clips

Without A Trace

cuba

kathie lee

megan mullally show

nestor carbonell

special agent danny taylor

spike tv

the insider

the lost city

Whether you first loved him in Traffic or Black Hawk Down, Enrique Murciano has certainly made an impression. He was nominated for a Daytime Emmy and a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2004 and 2005, and since then has been a member of New York’s Missing Persons Bureau, as FBI Special Agent Danny Taylor on Without A Trace.

Here’s my favorite 2008 video interview of Enrique on the Megan Mullally show, and one reason you would definitely think about becoming a talk show host (you’ll see).

In this segment, he describes himself as the “Cuban Martha Stewart”, as his sense of humor shines here. He also has two adorable dogs. He reveals his favorite TV show as a kid, his high school antics, talks about his father, and his knack for wanting to save people when he was younger. He tells a story that ends with him and Megan on the couch, and a kiss.

Murciano hails from Florida, is of Cuban descent, and has a love of cars according to his IMDB profile. He and Nestor Carbonell did a video interview with Spike TV about their roles in the film they did together, called The Lost City (2005). The film tells the story of three brothers during the Cuban 1958-59 Revolution. Murciano is very passionate about the film, and about the plight of human rights violations in Cuba.

Here’s a fun 2006 video of Enrique with Without A Trace co-star Eric Close as they are being interviewed/featured by Kathie Lee on The Insider. I love this video because it shows the guy’s lighter sides. As we anticipate the next season of Without A Trace, I would love to see some of this same energy in the form of more storylines featuring Murciano’s character.

Image via Newscom, Via IMDB

Post from: FBI Dramas
